Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking session as we celebrate Cinco de Mayo and Mexican heritage and culture with delicious Enchilada Cups—mini enchiladas baked in muffin molds! You’ll fill them with shredded rotisserie chicken, black beans, veggies, or both, then top them with a melty blend of Monterey Jack and Pepper Jack cheese. These customizable bite-sized treats are perfect for a snack or meal. Come hungry and ready to cook something cheesy, flavorful, and festive!
