Join us in becoming a true lifesaver. Prepared For Life will teach American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR! This hands-on course will teach you how to respond in emergencies, the lifesaving skills of CPR for children and adults, how to help someone who is choking, and how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). This two-hour class will guide you through essential techniques in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
Upon successful completion, you will earn a two-year American Heart Association CPR certification, equipping you with valuable knowledge to help others in need. You will also receive a personal protective facemask to keep.
