Lifelong Learning - Culture Club - Surrealism: What's Up With That? In-Person
When the dust began to settle after WWI, a group of shellshocked young artists, writers and thinkers decided to stop making sense. The logic and reason of the status quo had nearly done in their generation. Now it was time to let loose the wonderment of the subconscious, to act on impulse, to overturn the apple cart. We’ll look, listen and talk about this very surprising, arresting and transformative ism of the art world.
